I’m the editor of Kinfolk magazine and a writer for the Financial Times and Vogue.

My work has also appeared in The Guardian, 1843 and New Statesman, and been published in two books: The Life of a Song and The Kinfolk Entrepreneur. My most recent audio project is the Southbank Centre podcast, Think Aloud. My most recent book project is The Touch: Spaces Designed for the Senses, a collaboration between Kinfolk and Norm Architects published by Gestalten in 2019.

In a not-so-distant past life I was a journalist in Beirut and Phnom Penh. I now live in London, and spend my free time pasta making and power lifting.

If you’d like to learn more about Kinfolk, you can listen to my interview on Monocle 24 about the evolution of the magazine.
